Easter in Ireland

Ireland, as many other countries, celebrates Easter with religious and festivity matters. It is up to everyone how to celebrate it but there are some traditions that are carried out by the majority of people:
For example, in Ireland, during February and March, a species of plant blooms its flowers and it is very typical to find them in green esplanades.
These flowers are daffodils, and thanks to the humidity in Ireland this species is very common to see in the countryside and in people's gardens, and gives an athmosphere of Spring and Easter.
Another example is that at Easter, Irish families, buy chocolate Easter eggs which will be hidden by the parents inside the house or outside in the back yard. On Easter Sunday, the smallest members of the family will have a good time looking for the hidden Easter eggs and eating them afterwards. The most typical brand of chocolates and candy in Ireland is Cadbury, an English brand which produces chocolates like Curly- Wurly, Buttons or Flake.
Also, on Easter Sunday, Irish families come together to have a typical lunch, roast spring lamb with rosemary, roast potatoes, vegetables,
and the classic, stuffing.
